Bad day on the road? We've got you.

We aim to be on call around the clock, but Swift is a one-person operation right now. Occasionally we take a set of days off — check the green "on call" badge at the top of the site, or just text and we'll reply fast either way.

No towing. Swift is strictly light-duty roadside: jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, flat tire changes, and battery sales/installs. If you need a tow, tell our chatbot and we'll point you to a partner we trust.

Most cars, SUVs, and minivans. For tire changes, we cap at minivan / full-size SUV — nothing bigger. For battery sales & installs, most vehicles are supported — the chatbot will confirm fitment before we commit.

We prefer safe locations — parking lots, driveways, street pulloffs. If you're on a busy highway shoulder, we'll advise you to call 911 or NYSDOT first for a safe pull-off, then we can help from there.

It greets you, asks what's wrong, checks that the job's in our scope (light-duty, Nassau County), collects location and vehicle info, and either hands it to Jeff for dispatch or answers your FAQ directly. It won't process payment — Jeff confirms the price in person or by text before the job starts.

We may consider eastern Queens and western Suffolk if we have a driver close enough.

Tire plugs are a temporary fix and would only be considered as a last resort and under specific conditions.
