Starting prices below — final quote depends on location and vehicle. Most jobs are flat fees with no hidden call-out charge.
What we don't do: towing, accident recovery, heavy-duty (commercial trucks, box trucks, RVs), and tire changes on vehicles larger than a minivan or full-size SUV. If you need a tow, mention it in chat — we'll point you to a partner we trust.

Jeff is based on the South Shore, so response is quickest in Garden City, Rockville Centre, Wantagh, Bellmore, Seaford, and Merrick. He also rolls into east Queens (Bayside, Floral Park) and west Suffolk (Amityville, Lindenhurst, Babylon) — just expect slightly longer ETAs the farther out you are.

Quick answers.
Are you really available 24/7?
We aim to be on call around the clock, but Swift is a one-person operation right now. Occasionally we take a set of days off — check the green "on call" badge at the top of the site, or just text and we'll reply fast either way.
Do you tow?
No towing. Swift is strictly light-duty roadside: jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, flat tire changes, and battery sales/installs. If you need a tow, try AAA if you're a member or search for a local tow service — we don't have a specific partner we recommend.
What vehicles do you work on?
Most cars, SUVs, minivans, and full-size SUVs up through Escalade / Grand Cherokee size. Pickup trucks (F-150, Ram 1500, etc.) are outside our scope for tire changes. Battery sales and installs cover most vehicles including some luxury/European — the chatbot will confirm fitment before we commit. No EVs (Tesla, Mach-E, etc.); hybrids are fine.
Can you come to a highway shoulder?
We prefer safe locations — parking lots, driveways, street pulloffs. If you're on a busy highway shoulder, we'll advise you to call 911 or NYSDOT first for a safe pull-off, then we can help from there.
How does the AI chatbot work?
It greets you, asks what's wrong, checks that the job's in our scope (light-duty, Nassau County), collects location and vehicle info, and either hands it to Jeff for dispatch or answers your FAQ directly. It won't process payment — Jeff confirms the price in person or by text before the job starts.
What payment do you take?
Credit/debit cards (tap or chip), cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. A small deposit ($25 standard, $45 late-night or edge areas) is collected by Jeff before he rolls out, credited to your final bill.
Do you cover areas outside of Nassau County?
We may consider eastern Queens and western Suffolk if we have a driver close enough.
Do you plug tires?
Tire plugs are a temporary fix and would only be considered as a last resort and under specific conditions.
