Privacy

Short version: this site doesn't track you in any meaningful way. There are no cookies, no signup forms, no email lists, and no advertising pixels. The only data that touches our systems is anonymous traffic counts and — if you actually use the chat assistant — the messages you send to it.

What we collect

Anonymous traffic stats. Cloudflare (our host) counts page views and rough geographic regions for the site overall. No cookies are set, no individual visitors are identified, and we can't link analytics to anyone in particular.

Chatbot messages. If you type something into the chat assistant on the homepage, that message is sent to Anthropic (the company that makes the AI model) so it can generate a reply. If the conversation looks like a real request — not just a quick test or dismissal — the messages are also forwarded to Jeff via Telegram so he can dispatch the job. Messages stay in Telegram unless and until Jeff deletes them.

What we don't collect

Third parties involved

Calls and texts

If you tap a phone number or text link, you're using your own phone's dialer and SMS app. The website itself doesn't see that you called or what was said — that all happens between you, your carrier, and Jeff's phone.

Questions or deletion requests

Email Support@SwiftRoadsideService.com if you want a chat conversation deleted, have a privacy question, or just want to know what we have on file (which, for almost everyone, is nothing).
